Aspergillus antigen exists in the body for a very short time and the detection sensitivity is relatively low, in order to compensate for this defect, Aspergillus IgG antibodies can be detected to improve the diagnostic accuracy of Aspergillus infection.
It is used for the detection of Aspergillus galactomannan IgG antibodies in human samples, mainly for the auxiliary diagnosis of Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis (CPA).
