Targeting different clinical scenarios, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs) offer high accuracy for critical diagnosis, molecular testing offers strong discrimination for complex cases, and point-of-care (POCT) technology empowers grassroots screening with rapid response, building a multi-layered defense system against Aspergillus.
