Helicobacter Pylori lgG Antibody Test Kit (LFA)

The processed serum/plasma/whole blood sample is applied to the test strip.

If present, H. pylori IgG antibodies bind to the colloidal gold-labeled H. pylori antigen in the conjugate pad.

The formed antibody-antigen-gold complexes migrate chromatographically along the membrane.

The complexes are captured by the anti-human IgG antibody at the test line (T), generating a visible red band for a positive result.
