Helicobacter Pylori Antigen Test Kit (LFA)

The processed stool sample is applied to the test strip.

If present, Helicobacter pylori antigen binds to the colloidal gold-labeled anti-H. pylori antibody in the conjugate pad.

The formed antigen-antibody-gold complex migrates chromatographically along the membrane.

The complex is captured by a second, immobilized anti-H. pylori antibody at the test line (T), generating a visible red band for a positive result.
