Dynamiker Candida Mannan Assay

The kit detects Candida mannan antigen by EIA using specific antibodies.

After the sample is added to the plate coated with Candida mannan antigen and mixed with antibody, the antigen in the sample competes with the coated antigen to bind to the antibody, forming an antigen-antibody immune complex, which is washed and then added to the TMB substrate to produce a colour development reaction to detect Candida mannan.
