Dynamiker Candida Albicans IgG Assay

The sample is added to an enzyme labelled plate coated with Candida-specific antigen, and the Candida IgG antibody in the serum binds to the antigen. 

Then anti-human IgG enzyme-labelled antibody and TMB substrate are added to produce a colour development reaction, and the absorbance is measured at 450 nm with an enzyme marker. 

The concentration of Candida IgG antibody in the sample is calculated through the standard curve to achieve the detection of Candida IgG antibody.
