Dynamiker Aspergillus Galactomannan Assay

The kit is an EIA using specific antibodies to detect Aspergillus galactomannan in human samples.

The sample is added to an enzyme plate precoated with an antibody to Aspergillus galactomannan, incubated, washed and then incubated with the appropriate enzyme-labelled antibody.

The presence of galactomannan in the sample results in the formation of a specific antibody-galactomannan-enzyme-labeled antibody complex.

After washing, a colour development reaction occurs with the added substrate.
