1. Invasive aspergillosis (IA)
Patient portrait: patients with neutropenia/severe immunosuppression
Clinical symptoms: fever, respiratory failure, hemoptysis, involvement of organs with abundant blood supply (heart, liver, kidney, brain, gastrointestinal tract, etc.)
Radiography: halo sign, inflammatory lesion, air bronchogram, air crescent sign, nodular, necrosis cavities
2.Chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA)
Patient portrait: patients with neutropenia/severe immunosuppression
Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA)
Clinical symptoms: chronic cough, dyspnea, chest discomfort, occasional hemoptysis
Radiography: aspergilloma, cavity, nodular shadow, progressive solid "cyst", severestructural damage due to fibrosis in lung lobe
3.Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA)
Patient portrait: patients with asthma, cystic fibrosis, or COPD
Clinical symptoms: acute attacks accompanied by intractable wheezing, fever, cough, thick sputum or purulent sputum, occasional presence of brownish-yellow sputum bolts or sputum with blood; chronic stages presenting symptoms and signs of pulmonary fibrosis and bronchiectasis
Radiography: migratory patchy infiltrative shadow, transient lobar or segmental atelectasis, central bronchiectasis, allergic exogenous alveolitis showing diffused ground-glass interstitial lesion, chronic stages showing fibrosis or accompanied by honeycomb lung formation
Based on an innovative ""5G+Pro"" panel testing solution in the industry, we typically employ a panel testing of Aspergillus Ag and Ab to facilitate early diagnosis of aspergillosis.
1.GM+Asp.IgG/IgE testing covers more patients infected with Aspergillus.

2.The literature indicates that GM+Asp.IgG/IgE testing can greatly improve the sensitivity of detection.
